Artists' Resale Royalty

Curators Chamber is committed to supporting artists throughout the life of their work. In accordance with the Resale Right for Visual Artists Act 2023, qualifying resales may be subject to a 5% Artists' Resale Royalty. Where applicable, this royalty will be deducted from the sale proceeds and remitted to Resale Royalties Aotearoa on behalf of the eligible artist or their successor.
